Shipping within the USA

We offer free shipping on all orders. All deliveries within the United States will have local taxes added at checkout. We are a Florida-based company, so our customers in the U.S. do not pay any additional import duties, taxes, or fees.

Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia

We provide free and fast shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia on all orders. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include any import duties. Please note that customers in these countries may be required to pay additional import duties, taxes, or fees. We cannot predict these charges in advance, and they must be paid directly to FedEx before you can receive your package. If these charges exceed C$75, £75, €75, or AU$ 75, please email us a copy or photo of the receipt, and we will refund the difference to your credit card.

Shipping to other countries

We offer free international shipping on all orders. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include import duties, which vary depending on the delivery address. Our packages are shipped DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”), meaning that we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and are unable to predict what your specific charges may be. If your order does require additional charges, you will need to pay them in order for your package to clear Customs. Please take a moment to check your country’s customs rates before making a purchase.

Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from hello@merakrugs.com with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery. Shipping time is usually 3-6 business days to most U.S. capital cities, and up to 10 business days for international deliveries via FedEx.

Returns

We will endeavor to provide all the information we can about the rug's condition, so you know exactly what you are getting. However we want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase - provided that it is returned in its original condition.

All rug returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, you may return for a store credit in which you will receive the full sale price less the cost of shipping both ways. Any advertised promotions or discounts are only valid in the time they are held and cannot be applied to past or future orders.

To return an item, please contact us at hello@merakrugs.com within 7 days of your purchase. We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for returned items.

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return.

Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at hello@merakrugs.com to arrange your return.

Note:

Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 2-3" in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects. Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.
